This can be solved easily by following the forgot password process. Click the "SIGN IN" button on the top right, then click "Forgot password".
Enter your email address into the box and you will receive a link to reset your password. If the email doesn't arrive in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Try your username (or email) and password combination again. If still no luck, click on "Forgot Password" and enter your email address.

I'M SIGNED IN, BUT CAN'T ACCESS CONTENT
If you are stuck at the paywall, but can still see your account details, it means there is something wrong with your account status.
Please check whether your credit card details are correct and there are sufficient funds in your bank account to meet the monthly subscription fee for frank news.
To update your credit card details, click the MY ACCOUNT tab. Under the Change Your Credit Card Details section, type in your new credit card details and click ‘Change’.

I'M HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN ON MY MOBILE
If you are have difficulty signing in on your mobile - but you are able to sign in on a PC/desktop - try using your email address instead of username to log in.
MY USERS ARE HAVING TROUBLE SIGNING IN
If your account looks fine, but your user can't log in, get them to try the "Forgot Password" link in the sign in box.
If this doesn't fix the issue, please delete the user and add them again.
To do this, click the MY ACCOUNT tab and scroll to the MY USERS section.
Click the X next to the user you wish to remove.
A dialogue box will ask "Are you sure you want to delete this user?" Click OK. Then add the user again.
The user will receive a welcome email with a link to set their password. This link expires in two hours.
If the link expires, the user should use the "Forgot Password" link in the sign in box on the homepage.
